Tina graduated with honors from DBCC in Daytona Beach Florida, now know as EFU, and has over 20 years’ sales and marketing experience. She believes in earning the trust & referrals of her clients by proving herself to be ethical and loyal to their real estate needs.   Tina also believes in serving clients equally giving them the undivided attention that they deserve.   A native of Annapolis Maryland, she moved to Florida in 1976 where she resided until moving to Hatfield Pennsylvania in 2001.  Tina was the director of Teen Challenge Girls’ Home for several years and a mentor for Florida Juvenile Justice System before she began her career in Real Estate as a Residential Property Manager, later moving into sales.  Licensed in PA & FL, Tina provides services for the five county area and is a member of Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS®, National Association of REALTORS®, Montgomery County Association of REALTORS®, REBAC,CRS and Trend MLS service.   She is a Trained Short Sale Specialist, Certified Negotiation Specialist, Certified Relocation Specialist, Accredited Buyer Agent & Certified Residential Specialist. She has also been a volunteer telephone counselor, assisted with overseas foreign missions and worked extensively with troubled teens.
